Usage of recovered heat:
Heat recovery in any process is possible but unless the heat recovered is used in the process is not fruitful. We can utilise the recovered heat for -
- Pre heat air for combustion of fuel & direct usage with the process.
- Generate hot water for -

- Direct usage in the process
- Generate of hot air -
- Hot combustion air for fuels
- Hot air for process
- Generation of hot fluent in the process is another source of heat recovery. The property of heat pipe helps in recovering low temperature heats & hence effluent generated at 70ºC becomes a major source for heat recovery. Heat pipe heat exchanger can be designed to recover this low temperature heat ( Niche Heat ) & can be utilised for the generation of hot water.
